What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini means the spiral of hair and later known as the coiled serpent of potential energy and consciousness which is thought to lay at the base of the spine.
Yoga means union. It is the union between the mind, body and soul as well as a union to one another.
In the present day, Kundalini Yoga is famously been know to have been brought to the west (Anglo-America) by Yogi Bhajan during the early 1960s. Kundalini Yoga draws focus on the entire yogic wheel, equally focusing and combining the elements of breathing, moving, relaxing and meditating. No previous experience in yoga is required for anyone to begin to find their balance including a balanced glandular system, nervous system, respiratory system and the clearing of blockages.
Gurkiran holds private one to one virtual sessions with clients.
